of such an office functioning in Hongkong, I respect-

fully submit that the least we can do is to have the

Nam Chim Sh'e proscribed and members banished from

Hongkong.

The standing of David Kung is of the highest

but the fact remains he is in charge of assassination

work. His particulars at 92 shew that he is not

they will no doubt gain better efficienty on this work
